Pricing

The Syn-Tex approach to pricing is consistent with our stated approach to business. While we understand that price is an important factor in the buying decision, it is only one of a number of important factors. The Syn-Tex approach has always been to sell quality products, at competitive prices and to back that up with a level of service that is second to none in the industry.

Sourcing

At Syn-Tex, there is a constant and ongoing effort to source materials for the major components of our products,
at reduced costs. Materials selected must be of equal or greater quality than those currently being used and must pass our demanding test procedures.

Process

Syn-Tex continually researches new manufacturing processes and reviews existing programs, as a means of identifying opportunities for improved operating efficiencies.

Engineering

The mandate of the Syn-Tex R & D Department is to research, develop, test and implement improvements to the design and/or structure of our products that will increase the quality and functionality of these products, or reduce the cost.
